Amerivest Realty helps Reel in over $70,000

Amerivest Realty sponsored and competed along with 50 other teams in the 2009 RedSnook Catch & Release Charity Tournament Oct. 2-4. The event raised more than $70,000 for the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. We did very well for our first year placing 3rd in the Guided Bait division. We competed and beat some large companies including: M&I Wealth Management, Calusa Island Marina, Outback Steakhouse, Whole Foods Market and Tamiami Ford.

The Red Snook Catch and Release Charity Tournament is a reminder of one of the treasures of our region, our waterways. Without clean and abundant supplies of water, recreational and sport fishing would be a thing of the past. The Conservancy of Southwest Florida focuses on protecting our environment and quality of life, bringing science based policy solutions to the pressing environmental issues of our region , our waters, our land and native wildlife
